The cave remains a comfortable 58 degrees year-round, which feels cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plan to wear comfortable, supportive walking shoes for the ½ mile cave tour. Snapshot photography is permitted during the tour, providing you do not lag behind. Tripods, monopods, backpacks, camera bags, baby strollers and video cameras are not allowed, however, for the safety of our visitors and for the conservation of our cave environment. Back mounted baby carriers are not permitted due to low ceilings in several places in the cave. Front mounted child carriers are acceptable. Unfortunately nature did not make Diamond Caverns handicap accessible as there are about 350 stair steps scattered throughout the tour. The tour is considered moderately strenuous. All our tours are guided. Our guide staff is very knowledgeable and will provide an educational and informative tour. Feel free to ask your guide questions. Our pathways arel concrete with handrails
provided where necessary for safety. The cave is beautifully presented

The tour lasts about one hour
and is 1/2 mile round trip length. 2007 TOUR PRICINGDiamond Caverns is open YEAR-ROUND. Out of respect for our hard-working staff we will be closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years days so that they can spend time with their families. Minimum group size to qualify for a group discount is 10 persons. One representative must purchase tickets for the entire group.
